Returns & Refunds

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Because we deal with precision industrial machinery, returns are subject to a rigorous inspection process to ensure the product has not been compromised.

Conditions for Return

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Custom-built machinery or items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Restocking Fees

Due to the logistics involved in transporting heavy industrial hardware, a restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returns that are not the result of our error (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective item).

Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
